The Scrum Fund is a sum of financial support set aside by the UFRAA to assist with immediate, unexpected, or critical team needs that exceed the funding otherwise available at the time.  These types of team needs include, but are not limited to, cost associated with accepting an invitation to the College Rugby Championships and other regional and national tournaments.
